Delivery & Payment terms and Warranty
Orders are collected from the online shop selection by adding the products to the shopping basket. The order is confirmed by using the check-out functionality in the online shop to pay for the purchase. By confirming an order, you accept these terms and conditions, product pricing and shipping costs. An e-mail confirmation will be delivered by the time of confirming the order. The e-mail confirmation lists the products ordered and the price breakdown.
With Maksukaista you can pay your order by an internet banking account, a payment card (credit/debit), an invoice or a partial payment. The following methods of payment are supported: Osuuspankki, Nordea, Danske Bank, Säästöpankki, Aktia, Paikallisosuuspankit, S-Pankki, Handelsbanken, Visa-, Visa Debit-, Visa Electron-, MasterCard- and Debit MasterCard payment cards, Joustoraha and Everyday.
PayPal. Shop the easy way online and on your mobile. PayPal lets you pay in just a few clicks, without sharing your financial details - for safety and convenience.
You can choose also Bank Transfer. Bank transfers usually take 3-5 working days to reach our account. Stock will be allocated to your order and we'll get it dispatched to you once we receive the funds. If your order status has not changed within five working days of placing your order please contact us.
Excluding the Bank Transfer and PayPal payments, Maksukaista (Paybyway Oy, business-id FI24865594) is the payment facilitator of the online shop. The Paybyway Oy is a payment facilitator authorized by the Financial Supervisory Authority of Finland. The payment process is conducted in the online service of the Maksukaista. Paybyway Oy is shown as the payment received in the bank account listing. Paying with Maksukaista is safe. All information is exchanged through secured connections.
The trade happens between the online customer and the online shop. The online shop is responsible for all obligations related to the trade. For purchases paid with a payment card (Debit/Credit: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard), the online shop is the marketer of the purchased products and delivers the order to the online shop customer. In such case, Paybyway Oy is the seller and the receiver of the payment, and therefore, is responsible for the obligations related to card payments and card payment reclamations. The Paybyway Oy is shown as the payment receiver in the credit card transaction listing.
Card payments can be performed online safely with the Nets SSL-secured payment form. Our company does not have access to cardholder data, and card information is not stored on our systems. Our online store uses the international Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode authentication services, which verify the identity of the cardholder.

Orders are being shipped during workdays. Products from the stock are usually shipped within 1-3 workdays.
The delivery time depends on the shipping method. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee the shipping times, but will help if any problems occur.
Please inform us without a delay - at least within 14 days - in case a product has lost or damaged in shipping. The logistics company must be also informed regarding any products damaged in shipping.
RETURNING PRODUCTS/ EXCHANGE
The customer has a right to change or return ordered products during 14 days of receiving the order. The customer has a right to change or return all or part of the products in the order. The returned products must be unused and in the original packaging. Please don´t attach any stamps, tapes tec. directly to the shoebox, as they must be in ”saleable”.
If you wish to change or return products, please send them back to: Feelmax Oy / Returns, Rauhalantie 2, 81720 Lieksa, Finland.
Please include a note with your name, contact details. We will make the refund the same way the item was paid. As the payments are handled by third party company, sometimes it might take up to two weeks for the refund to appear in credit card statement.
The customer must arrange and pay the return. We will not refund the original shipping costs.
If you wish to change the the product to another one, please return the item as described above, and make a new order.
In event there is a defect in wormanship or material, please contact us at claims (at) feelmax.com or contact the store you bought the item. We ask that you do it within 6 months of purchase. We will inspect the item to determine whether the item is indeed covered by our warranty and if so, repaired by us or replaced. If the item warrants replacing, we will endeavor replacing with the same item. However, if that item is no longer available, we will offer a "like" item from our stock. We hope you understand this does not apply if the product has been damaged by overuse, misuse, lack of care, accident, modification or unauthorized repair. Feelmax cannot offer refunds once the product has been worn.
